Brian Ray Helvey, born Nov. 28, 1958, in Wabash, passed away at his home in North Manchester on Aug. 6, 2026. The loving memory of Brian Helvey will be forever cherished by his mother: Ida Helvey Cripe, Tippecanoe; brother: Barry (Tanya) Helvey, Tippecanoe; stepbrother: David (Sally) Cripe, Warsaw; stepsister: Valene Sue (Randall) Alexander, La Fontaine; nieces and nephews; and the many friends he made over the years. Brian was preceded in death by his father: William Helvey; stepfather: Paul “Bud” Cripe; and sister: Belinda Winkelman. McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, is handling arrangements.
