Caitlin Clark picks up technical foul — before WNBA rescinds call

Caitlin Clark was as close as one in the WNBA could get without crossing the technical suspension Rubicon.
The Fever star picked up her eighth technical foul of the 2026 season, which would have meant she would have been suspended one game.
A one-game suspension would have meant that Clark would miss the Fever’s game against the Liberty on Tuesday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Clark seemed to express the possibility that the technical foul would be rescinded when she chatted with ESPN’s Holly Rowe on the court after Indiana’s victory.
