Previously, PS5 Pro owners had to dig through the console’s settings to manually switch on the “Enhance PSSR Image Quality” option. According to Sony’s beta release notes, the change means players should benefit from sharper visuals and improved image quality across PS5 Pro titles. This is because the option remained tucked away in the Settings > Screen and Video > Video Output menu. For now, the change is limited to members of the PS5 Beta Program. Sony has yet to confirm when the update will roll out to all PS5 Pro owners.
