Applicants Mr and Miss Jerram are seeking permission to change the use of 1 Butts Road, a residential property close to Upton Road Park. Planning documents state the proposed HMO would provide seven individual letting rooms, along with shared kitchen, bathroom and communal facilities. The application also makes provision for cycle storage, refuse facilities, off-road parking and a garage. The agent also states the development would not cause unacceptable harm to the character of the surrounding area, neighbouring properties or highway safety.
