A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after being injured in a collision with a bus in Merstone. Emergency services were called to Merstone Lane at around 4.15pm yesterday (Thursday) following reports of a crash involving the motorcycle and bus. The rider suffered injuries which are considered potentially serious, but they are not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing. They were taken to hospital for further treatment. Nobody travelling on the bus was injured.
