Governor of Nagaland, Nand Kishore Yadav with dignitaries and officials of KVSU and Dolphin Club during the 32nd Spero Meliora held under the theme, “Break the ice and steal a march” at the Kohima Village Multipurpose Building, Ziekezou on August 8. He was addressing the 32nd Spero Meliora held under the theme, “Break the ice and steal a march” at the Kohima Village Multipurpose Building, Ziekezou on August 8 while also congratulating the Kohima Village Students’ Union and the Dolphin Club, Kohima Village, for organising the inspiring event for over three decades. In the meantime, he said that the motto Spero Meliora— “I hope for better things”—reflects the aspirations of every student striving for excellence and reminds us that hope inspires achievement, while perseverance and character lead to success.” Competitions in different categories including Extempore Speech, Solo Singung, Cultural Song, Elocution, Debate, Solo Instrumental, Spelling Bee (English/Tenyidie), Quiz, Essay Writing, Creative Writing and Fine Arts were also held as part of the 32nd edition of Spero Meliora organised by Kohima Village Students’ Union and Dolphin Club. Neitho-o Kuotsu, Joint Director, Department of Fisheries & Aquatic Resources was the Guest of Honour for the Valedictory programme.
