Plymouth was one of the Minnesota cities hit by a cyberattack targeting public water systems. Not with its signature 10,000 lakes, but in several municipal water systems that had been cyberhacked. Fortunately, in part because of cybersecurity steps already in place, the water systems still do work. Belying the belittling of Walz and Minnesota, Kaiser said protecting water systems is "a shared responsibility." Instead of condemning Minnesota, Kaiser complimented it.
