Peter Skoronski is staying with the Titans after agreeing to a four-year contract extension worth 100 million U.S. dollars. This new deal makes Skoronski the highest-paid guard in the entire NFL. The Titans' decision is also part of their effort to build a better team around their young quarterback, Cam Ward. According to Pro Football Focus data reported by Reuters, Skoronski ranked sixth among NFL guards that season, while posting an excellent grade in pass protection.
