Kamloops Ribfest will be in full swing on Saturday, with ribbers competing for bragging rights and a full slate of live entertainment at Riverside Park. Ribber teams from across Canada — including Boss Hog’s, Gator BBQ, Grizzly BBQ, Prairie Smoke and Spice and Grillbilly Willy’s BBQ — are competing for best ribs, best sauce and the people’s choice award. People’s choice judging is set for 2 p.m.Food vendors, treats and other refreshments will also be available throughout the day. Ribfest runs from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, with last call at 8:30 p.m.
