BC Wildfire Service Fire Information Officer Morgan Blois said conditions were favourable for the operation. The BC Wildfire Service currently lists the Quilpituk Creek Wildfire at 1,139 hectares and remains out of control. There was less-than-expected growth on the Quilpituk Creek wildfire yesterday.
