Robert Ormiston, from Eaglesham, has hailed the personalised care he received from NHSGGC's perioperative pharmacy team, saying it left him feeling reassured, confident and supported throughout. The pharmacy-led service, developed by NHSGGC’s perioperative pharmacy team, aims to better prepare patients undergoing hip and knee replacements. Now several weeks into his recovery, Robert remains positive about the overall experience. "Patients feel more reassured and supported, while we are seeing tangible benefits for the wider service.
