Van Le, 35, was caught by police at the property in Glasgow's Pollok on October 22 2025. Glasgow Sheriff Court heard that officers entered the property to find a cannabis cultivation inside and arrested Le. A total of 219 samplings were seen in the attic space which had not matured into full cannabis plants. Prosecutor Josh Dowie said: "There were a total of 316 cannabis plants with a value between £63,200 and £189,600. Vietnamese national Le pleaded guilty this week to producing cannabis.
