Robert Brad Williams, of Hickory, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and felony hit and run resulting in death, Johnston County District Attorney Jason Waller announced Thursday. According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, Williams was driving a BMW westbound in the eastbound lanes when he collided head-on with a Jeep SUV.
