Mahoghany Avenue on Carroll’s northern edge will be closed to through-traffic beginning next week as crews complete maintenance work on a mile-long stretch of the roadway. Mahoghany between 180th and 170th Streets will be impassible from Monday, Aug. 10, beginning at 6 a.m., through Friday, Aug. 14, at noon, weather dependent.
