A THREE-bedroom house could soon be converted into two car-free flats under plans submitted to Thurrock council reports the Local Democracy Reporter. Plans also include a rear extension, side extension and a loft conversion to create an extra living space on the upper floor. The existing front entrance and hallway would remain a shared space, while each flat would have its own front door. Private outdoor space would also be created for both homes as developers plan to divide the rear garden. Thurrock Council has yet to make a decision on the application and the agent has been contacted.
