A man was pulled from a submerged truck at a boat launch in Moses Lake. On Wednesday, at about 4:30 am, three people were attempting to launch a boat at the Blue Heron Park boat launch. According to Moses Lake Police:In the process, the pickup began to roll backward down the ramp into the lake.
