Horn Rapids Road Between Stevens Drive and Framatome Will Be ClosedBeginning mid-morning Monday, August 10, the contractor will shift the current traffic routing on Horn Rapids Road. According to the City of Richland:Horn Rapids Road between Kingsgate Way and the Framatome main entrance will reopen to traffic. Horn Rapids Road between the Framatome main entrance and Stevens Drive will close. Battelle Boulevard will serve as the designated detour route.
