The Lady Packers fall to 0-2 and have scored just two runs in losses to the Lady Devils and to Thomas County Central on Tuesday. The Lady Devils were the Region 1-6A champions last season and swept all three games against the Lady Packers en route to a 22-6 record. Gracie McKellar got the Lady Packers final hit with one out in the fifth. Lilah Thompson, who started the game at third base, went the final four innings, giving up the final Tift County run. On Thursday, the Lady Packers will travel to Sylvester for a 5:30 p.m. meeting with Worth County.
