Predication and betting site Polymarket has doubled its footprint at 78 Crosby Street to 12,700 square feet, adding the fourth floor to the space it already leases on the fifth floor.
The tenant was represented by Emilie Goldman of JLL, while property owner Milkystar was represented by Nicholas Judson, Wendy McDonald and Crosby Matthews of Judson CRE.
The fourth floor was previously occupied by a satiric iteration of Enron, the Houston-based energy corporation that became the poster child for accounting fraud and filed for bankruptcy in 2001.
In June, Polymarket processed $10.7 billion in trades on its crypto-based international exchange and $3.3 billion on its regulated U.S. exchange.
