Architecture firm Selldorf Architects has renewed its 10-year, 13,815-square-foot lease at Gordon Property Group’s 860 Broadway.
Selldorf has called the Flatiron District’s 860 Broadway home for the last two decades, according to landlord brokerage Colliers.
Seth Hecht from Colliers represented Gordon Property in this deal, while the tenant was represented by Erik Schmall and Scott Weiss from Savills.
“Our focus has always been on owning and operating buildings for the long term,” Tim Gordon, managing director of Gordon Property Group, said in the statement.
“Creating an environment where great companies choose to stay and grow is the ultimate measure of our success, and we’re proud that 860 Broadway continues to earn that kind of commitment.”
