“This move is about creating the right environment for our next chapter,” Innocean USA CEO Steve Jun said in a statement.
The complex, named after its address at 888 Douglas Street, includes four buildings totaling 550,000 square feet over 30 acres.
Hypersonic aircraft developer Hermeus signed for 62,552 square feet earlier this year, while Varda Space Industries expanded to 54,749 square feet in 2025.
Innocean USA is the U.S. arm of Innocean Worldwide, which was created by Hyundai Motor Group.
JLL’s Jason Fine, Jeff Ingham and Mitch Lundquist represented Innocean, while Hackman was represented in-house.
