A server hardware company is one of four businesses expanding their operations to Southern Nevada after their requests for tax incentives were approved by state officials this week. The company will receive just over $1 million in tax abatements over a 10-year period and anticipates generating $19.5 million in state and local tax revenue. “Southern Nevada continues to prove that companies in target industries can find the talent, infrastructure, and partnerships they need to grow and succeed in our market,” said Danielle Casey, President & CEO of LVGEA. “These investments highlight the strength of our regional collaboration and the growing opportunities across industries that are shaping the future economy of Southern Nevada.” If they choose Nevada, they contribute an overall capital investment of $46 million, with a requested tax abatement of $4.6 million.
