In past elections, thousands of Democrats in Maine have voted for Susan Collins because of her powerful role on the Senate Appropriations Committee and her ability to keep Bath Iron Works funded for the production of destroyers. She voted to give ICE billions in additional funding that they have used to further terrorize our neighborhoods and kill our neighbors. Her shell game, however, has been exposed. While taking credit for millions of dollars in earmarks, she has cut billions of dollars in critical programs upon which regular Mainers depend. Spending $400 million in campaign ads over the next 100 days will not erase her record.
