“There are five of us here, and several of them are with our SHINE Program,” Ebey-Tessendorf said.
“We’re trying to encourage people to eat healthy, local foods and to increase the amount of produce they eat — fruits and vegetables,” Ebey-Tessendorf said.
Hamdy Inusah, communications specialist for the SHINE Program, said those with the SHINE Program help residents in Baldwin Hancock and Washington counties.
Morgan Scott, who serves as the physical activity coordinator with the SHINE Program, also attended the Harrisburg event.
He has been associated with the Milly Market for several years and works with Debbie Waugh.
