The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced highway maintenance and construction projects scheduled across north Missouri for the week of Aug. 10-16, 2026. Contractor: Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc.Chariton CountyRoute UU — Daily closures continue through Aug. 15 for resurfacing from Route 5 to Scribner Road. Route 6 — Pavement milling from Route 13 to the Route CC and Route DD junction is scheduled Aug. 10-11. Route J — Resurfacing continues through Aug. 24. Route N — Closed at the Yellow Creek Bridge through October 2026 for a bridge replacement included in the Northwest Bridge Bundle.
