Kokrajhar Nritya Kala Academy has brought laurels to the district with an impressive performance at the Sanskriti Sangam 2026 International Dance and Music Competition, held at Jyoti Chitraban Studio in Kahilipara, Guwahati. The academy's young performers secured several honours in the dance category, earning appreciation for their talent, discipline and dedication. Addressing the felicitation programme, Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Shubham Sinha congratulated the students, teachers and parents for the academy's success. He praised the institution for nurturing young talent and encouraging children to excel in dance and cultural activities. Academy Principal Pralay Dutta said the institution has consistently worked to promote dance and cultural education among young learners.
