Twenty years later, this insight about the power of QVC hosts could be applied to far greater swaths of the consumer economy. To talk about what QVC is does very little to illustrate the experience of watching QVC, which is altogether more difficult to pin down. Lizzie and I are the only people we know who watch QVC, let alone shop there.
