Fife Health and Social Care Partnership has highlighted the SHOUT text service, a free and confidential resource open 24 hours a day.
By texting 'FIFE' to 85258, young people can connect with a trained volunteer for support on issues such as exam stress, anxiety, uncertainty about future plans or low mood.
Ruth Bennett, health promotion manager at Fife Health and Social Care Partnership, said: "Receiving exam results can bring a mix of emotions.
"For some young people, results day may feel difficult, especially if they haven't achieved what they were hoping for.
The SHOUT text service complements a range of other mental health and wellbeing resources available locally to young people.
