Fife Council started enforcing the ban on pavement parking on September 1, with those who breach it risking a £100 fine.
One picture from outside Grants Bank shows a vehicle owned by the local authority blocking the path.
Lead consultant for roads network maintenance, Andy Paterson said: “Our parking team has received reports about pavement parking on Grants Bank in Dunfermline.
“We receive a large number of requests about pavement parking across Fife.
As the nationwide pavement parking ban applies to every street, and many locations fall outside our regular patrol routes, we work through enforcement requests as promptly as resources allow.”
