Running from August 10 to 14 at Brewery Arts in Kendal, Arts Unleashed is a hands-on programme in visual art and craft for young people aged seven to 14. Participants will explore the theme of 'Adventures' through workshops led by local artists Lucy Wright, Amy Williams, Grace Herron and Emma Johnson. A spokesperson said: "Arts Unleashed is a hands-on week of Visual Art and Craft activities for young people. Work produced during the week will be displayed in the Foyer Gallery, with a private viewing for family and friends on Friday, August 14 from 2.30pm to 3.30pm. Each participant will earn a Discover Arts Award and receive a certificate from Trinity College London.
