Charter’s Spectrum service is poised to absorb millions of Cox customers, including in Orange County, San Diego, Rancho Palos Verdes and Rolling Hills Estates. Charter is the industry leader, providing Spectrum internet, phone and cable TV packages for Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.
