Lisa Greaves, of Dorset Crescent, Moorside, Consett, had been issued with a community protection notice relating to waste accumulating at her property. The failings, which took place on or before February 11, were found to be in breach of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. At a Single Justice Procedure hearing at Peterlee Magistrates' Court on August 4, Greaves pleaded guilty. Greaves was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim services surcharge of £16, and required to cover £692 in prosecution costs. A collection order was made for the total balance of £748, with payment due by September 1.
