(Peter Greenfield)MAN/WOMAN/CHAINSAW – Charles Street Tap 15.5.25 (23:15 – 23:45)Closing the So Young takeover of Charles Street Tap were Man/Woman/Chainsaw, who are one of the most exciting and unpredictable young acts around, both joyous and raucous in equal measures.
(Peter Greenfield)YASMIN COE – Charles Street Tap 16.5.25 (14:30 – 15:00)Yasmin Coe comes highly recommended by somebody who’s judgement I trust, so here I am at the Charles Street Tap.
(Mark Kelly)TTSSFU – Charles Street Tap 16.5.25 (15:30 – 16:00)Also Manchester based (although originally from Wigan) is TTSSFU, aka Tasmin Stephens.
(Martin J Fuller)LA SÉCURITÉ – Charles Street Tap 15.5.26 (23:15 – 23:45)My third encounter with La Sécurité following appearances in 2024 at this festival and the 2025 Brighton Psych Fest, delivered a sharp, stylish blast of art-punk during their late night show at Charles Street Tap.
