She was born on September 27, 1969, in Georgia to the late Donna St Clair and Stanley St Clair. Those who knew Katrina will remember her as stubborn in the best sense, caring, and deeply family-focused. Two of her greatest blessings were the births of her children Hadassah Watson in 2005 and Yehoshua Watson in 2007. She was preceded on death by mother, Donna (Spencer) St.Clair, Uncle David Spencer, Sue (Spencer) Dishman, brother, Scott St.Clair, and will be rejoined with several angel babies.
