PSG have started this summer slowly, but it seems like the Champions League holders are finally getting into gear. RMC say that “negotiations are underway” between PSG and Barcelona for the attacker, who scored the winning goal for Spain in the World Cup final a few weeks ago. That situation also means the fee they get won’t be too impressive given Torres’ pedigree and record. Other reporters are saying that Torres has already agreed terms with PSG – which would be no surprise given he’s been pushing for a move there for some time now.
