Thank you for sharing your views on the Salisbury HRC booking system pilot in the Salisbury Journal issue dated July 30. However, Salisbury HRC can experience significant congestion, affecting Stephenson Road, local businesses, and other road users. The pilot has been introduced to test whether a booking system can reduce queues, improve traffic management and support a safer, more efficient service. It is not about restricting access but about gathering evidence before any decisions are made on longer-term arrangements. Initially, appointments will be offered in 30-minute slots to help us understand demand and site usage, and we’ll review this during the pilot.
