The relatives of Jason Spindler, an American businessman killed in Nairobi's DusitD2 terror attack, have taken Iran to court seeking damages.
In court documents filed in a U.S. federal court in Washington on Thursday, August 6, the family accuses Tehran of helping create the network that enabled Al-Shabaab to carry out the 2019 assault.
The 40-year-old was among 21 people killed when the militant group attacked the 14 Riverside Drive complex in Westlands.
