The Isle of Wight has seen the same rise in stock. You don't end up on the Isle of Wight by accident, and you don't leave on a whim either. That filters out a lot of the short-term flipping and chain-reaction selling that inflates mainland stock figures when confidence dips. The steadiest performers have been the bread and butter of the market, two and three-bedroom family homes. The Isle of Wight rarely fits that story cleanly, and this year is no exception.
