She said: "I'm really looking forward to having a blank canvas and a much bigger kitchen. "It feels like the right time for a fresh chapter and I'm looking forward to putting down roots for the long term." The move was completed through a part-exchange scheme offered by housebuilder David Wilson Redrow South West, helping avoid complications linked to a property chain.
