The Carroll County Board of Supervisors should have a quick meeting on the schedule for Monday morning. The board convenes at 9 a.m. on Aug. 10 in the supervisors’ meeting room in the lower level of the Carroll County Courthouse. Carroll County is a member of the YES Center’s governing board. The supervisors will conclude Monday’s meeting with a half-dozen manure management annual updates and committee reports. Monday’s meeting is open to the public and will be live-streamed via the county’s YouTube channel.
