Roman promotes operations directorShower designer and manufacturer Roman, based in Newton Aycliffe in County Durham, has promoted Alex Crawley to operations director and appointed him to its board of directors. During that time, he has helped drive continuous improvement across Roman’s manufacturing and business operations. In his new role, Alex will oversee the company’s operations as a member of the board, supporting Roman's continued focus on operational excellence and long-term growth.
