State Mortgage Company (SMC) OJSC held an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting, where a number of decisions were made. According to the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange, the company’s authorized capital will be increased by 5,193.5 billion soms. After all procedures are completed, the SMC’s total capital will reach 118.2 billion soms. The company will reportedly issue additional 51,935 shares worth 100,000 soms each. It is noted that the shares will be paid for not only in cash (5,193.5 billion soms), but also in property (apartments, a departmental residential building, and land plots).
