Marston’s has teamed up with Hawkstone, the beer brand founded by Jeremy Clarkson, to launch a limited-edition Hawkstone IPA & Beef Pie, now being served in 498 pubs across the UK. The pie is served with seasonal vegetables, lashings of extra gravy and either chips or mash, depending on the pub. Andy Cross, sales director at Hawkstone, said: "Farming isn’t just 'how' Hawkstone is made, it’s 'why' it’s made. Ms Bains said: "British beef and Hawkstone IPA are a match made in heaven, and we’ve created a really delicious dish to serve to guests." The pie is available in Marston’s pubs across the UK from August 3.
