Diane Anderson was found guilty in her absence of two counts of animal welfare charges which took place in Warrington. One of the charges is causing unnecessary suffering to a dachshund dog called Gucci. Court documents state this consists of the 33-year-old 'failing to prompt veterinary attention for a broken right femur (hind limb)'. This took place between October 5, 2025, and October 10, 2025. The other is the duty of a person responsible for an animal to ensure animal welfare.
