The incident happened at the junction of Moor Lane and Spa Road. Following the collision, a passenger on the bus confirmed to The Bolton News that the vehicle involved was the 573 circular service. The passenger said he and his son attended Bolton Royal Hospital’s A&E department after the crash. His son had been sitting on one of the pull-down seats and was thrown forward following the impact. A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police confirmed the incident was a car-versus-bus RTC at approximately 2.42pm on Moor Lane, with no reported injuries.
