Senga Grave, mother to eight-year-old JB, had two tickets to The Music of The Lord of The Rings in Carlisle Cathedral on Saturday, August 8 abruptly moved by Ticketmaster and Red Events World.
Ms Grave had bought the front row tickets to allow her son - who wears hearing aids - to engage with the Mystery Ensemble performance properly.
“I just got a partial refund email come through from Ticketmaster… and then my front row tickets had been changed to back row tickets behind a wall.

But Red Events World said: “A technical error within the ticketing system resulted in a small number of seats, including yours, being sold twice.”
