Darrell Cubitt, 55, returned to health food shop Holland and Barrett in Norwich on five occasions in May, stealing items worth more than £2,200. The thieving was his second breach of a 17-week suspended jail sentence since it was imposed six months earlier. Cubitt, of Woodcock Road, Norwich, pleaded guilty to three counts of shop theft and asked for two further offences to be taken into consideration. They also extended the period of his previous suspended sentence for an additional three months, telling him: "This is your very last chance. "You now have the sword of Damocles hanging over you."
