FARGO — Lords, ladies, witches and warriors — it's time for this year's Renaissance Faire at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. Hundreds from around the area dress up in their best medieval attire for two weekends of jousting, feasting and daily performances. Sophia Thompson with the Red River Valley Fair Association says her favorite part about the Faire is how dedicated people are to dressing the part and stepping back in time to the 15th and 16th centuries. Tickets are $15 for children, $25 for adults and $79 for the feasts Saturday, Aug. 8, and Aug. 15. Tickets can be purchased on the Red River Valley Fair website .
