A US national has denied drug trafficking and possessing criminal proceeds in Bermuda.
Michael Jackson, 60, pleaded not guilty in the Supreme Court to conspiring with others to import carfentanyl, cannabis and Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol.
Mr Jackson also pleaded not guilty to possession of the proceeds of criminal activity on August 6, 2025.
Puisne Judge Alan Richards Ordered Mr Jackson, from Detroit, to submit a defence statement by September 4.
