Two teens have been charged in connection with a carjacking on Chicago’s Southwest Side. Eniah Diggs, 19, a resident of the 7900 block of South Ingleside Avenue in Chicago, and a 16-year-old girl have both been charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm. The girl was also charged with unlawful possession of a weapon in a vehicle by a person under 21 years of age. Chicago police arrested both Diggs and the girl shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday. Diggs was arrested on the 4500 block of South Wolcott Avenue.
